Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: Today in this video, I’m going to teach you guys how you can finally defeat lust and unlock your full potential as a young man. From ages 14 to 18 years old, I had no idea how to break this habit. It was draining me. It brought an influx of shame, of low energy, low confidence, bad relationships with other people, and it brought me a great deal of overall depression. These are the three things that I changed to defeat lust once and for all. The first thing was optimizing my environment. One of the main reasons why I fell victim to loss was my environment invited in these bad habits and that was my daily routines, the way my bedroom was set up, etc. If a flower doesn’t blossom, you don’t change the flower, you change its environment. And the same thing is for you. If you’re falling victim to these bad habits, you need to change up the things that are causing you to fall victim to these bad habits. Unfollow all those promiscuous accounts on Instagram and on Tik Tok. Click on interest and whenever you see those videos, fill up your phone with inspiration. You can use your phone as a tool or your phone can use you for your own destruction. Another thing would be throw a book or a journal onto your bed. I’m going to assume that this act of lust that you commit often stems from you laying in bed scrolling your phone. So, put a book or a journal on your bed. So, every time you go in your bed to scroll your phone, you’re reminded of a beneficial habit you could be doing in your free time instead of doom scrolling your phone, watching all this promiscuous content, and potentially seeing things that are going to cause you to lust. And if you want to learn about rewiring your brain and adding in new beneficial habits in order to put lust to the side once and for all, check out my new ebook, The Lust Escape, the link is down below in the description. We’re often times mindless of our consumption of these things. And if we can give ourselves visual cues to bring us back to the present moment and remind us of the things that we should be doing, we’re going to see a lot of good results over time. The second one would be building a why. Why do we want to break free these toxic habits in the first place? Is it because we see videos online? Or do we actually think that quitting this habit is going to allow us to live a more authentic life? Because authenticity is the highest vibration you could possibly operate at. And if you’re constantly falling victim to bad habits, you’re never going to be able to operate in that 100% authentic state. So cutting out these bad habits and living in alignment with how we truly feel deep within is going to allow us to achieve so much in our life by unlocking our full potential. And this stems into action number three, which is embracing a new identity. So with loss and other bad habits, you can’t just willpower through this. You need to change in order to change. Like I said before, if you’re constantly doom scrolling your phone, constantly doing things of instant gratification, you’re basically giving yourself a gateway into falling victim to lust. So you need to embody a new identity. Think of the version of yourself who doesn’t lust, who doesn’t watch pornography, and is a purpose- driven man. What does this person do? What does this person think? What does this person believe in? Align your current self with those three things and watch yourself actually change. If you want to learn more about embracing this new identity, check out my ebook, The Lust Escape. The link is down below in the description. Does the highest version of yourself, the version of you who is purpose- driven, lay in bed in doomscroll reels or follow these promiscuous accounts that you follow right now on Tik Tok or Instagram? The answer is no. Does the ideal version of yourself slack off on reading or journaling or business planning? The answer is no. Does this ideal version of yourself constantly have lust on the forefront of their conscious instead of thinking about their goals and their aspirations for today and the next? The answer is no. What does this person believe in? Does this person believe that they are trapped within a bad habit and there is no escape? Or do they have faith in God that God can bring them to their destiny within their own life if they just stay faithful to the most high? You need to ask yourself these very important questions and start to align your current self with that ideal version of yourself who doesn’t fall victim to lust. I spun my wheels for years relapsing time and time again on lust. And I just made an ebook with everything I wish someone told me when I was struggling with this toxic habit. The link is down below in the description. It not only gives you all the information that you need about how to quit this toxic habit, but it also gives you a 21-day plan and how you can actually get rid of this habit because science says that it takes 21 days to build a new habit or 21 days to get rid of an old one. So, I built you guys a plan that can actually make you unlock your full potential and cut out lust for good, as well as giving you all the information you need to rewrite your mind for purpose instead of being driven by lust. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. So, if you guys learned something new, make sure to check out that ebook down below in the description. But nevertheless, I hope you guys enjoyed. Make sure to like and subscribe for more. Peace out. .

.16 Today in this video, I’m going to teach
.199 you guys how you can finally defeat lust
.639 and unlock your full potential as a
.919 young man. From ages 14 to 18 years old,
.56 I had no idea how to break this habit.
.96 It was draining me. It brought an influx
.639 of shame, of low energy, low confidence,
.36 bad relationships with other people, and
.599 it brought me a great deal of overall
.0 depression. These are the three things
.84 that I changed to defeat lust once and
.4 for all. The first thing was optimizing
.48 my environment. One of the main reasons
.72 why I fell victim to loss was my
.439 environment invited in these bad habits
.519 and that was my daily routines, the way
.68 my bedroom was set up, etc. If a flower
.92 doesn’t blossom, you don’t change the
.52 flower, you change its environment. And
.04 the same thing is for you. If you’re
.239 falling victim to these bad habits, you
.76 need to change up the things that are
.04 causing you to fall victim to these bad
.719 habits. Unfollow all those promiscuous
.48 accounts on Instagram and on Tik Tok.
.16 Click on interest and whenever you see
.52 those videos, fill up your phone with
.12 inspiration. You can use your phone as a
.64 tool or your phone can use you for your
.12 own destruction. Another thing would be
.28 throw a book or a journal onto your bed.
.28 I’m going to assume that this act of
.12 lust that you commit often stems from
.96 you laying in bed scrolling your phone.
.799 So, put a book or a journal on your bed.
.119 So, every time you go in your bed to
.56 scroll your phone, you’re reminded of a
.479 beneficial habit you could be doing in
.159 your free time instead of doom scrolling
.92 your phone, watching all this
.28 promiscuous content, and potentially
.04 seeing things that are going to cause
.24 you to lust. And if you want to learn
.68 about rewiring your brain and adding in
.24 new beneficial habits in order to put
.08 lust to the side once and for all, check
.0 out my new ebook, The Lust Escape, the
.64 link is down below in the description.
.479 We’re often times mindless of our
.64 consumption of these things. And if we
.88 can give ourselves visual cues to bring
.68 us back to the present moment and remind
.36 us of the things that we should be
.64 doing, we’re going to see a lot of good
.32 results over time. The second one would
.079 be building a why. Why do we want to
.24 break free these toxic habits in the
.92 first place? Is it because we see videos
.92 online? Or do we actually think that
.159 quitting this habit is going to allow us
.079 to live a more authentic life? Because
.32 authenticity is the highest vibration
.079 you could possibly operate at. And if
.92 you’re constantly falling victim to bad
.52 habits, you’re never going to be able to
.28 operate in that 100% authentic state. So
.84 cutting out these bad habits and living
.36 in alignment with how we truly feel deep
.44 within is going to allow us to achieve
.52 so much in our life by unlocking our
.12 full potential. And this stems into
.879 action number three, which is embracing
.64 a new identity. So with loss and other
.72 bad habits, you can’t just willpower
.239 through this. You need to change in
.599 order to change. Like I said before, if
.2 you’re constantly doom scrolling your
.48 phone, constantly doing things of
.0 instant gratification, you’re basically
.599 giving yourself a gateway into falling
.68 victim to lust. So you need to embody a
.72 new identity. Think of the version of
.72 yourself who doesn’t lust, who doesn’t
.959 watch pornography, and is a purpose-
.959 driven man. What does this person do?
.959 What does this person think? What does
.16 this person believe in? Align your
.4 current self with those three things and
.959 watch yourself actually change. If you
.959 want to learn more about embracing this
.319 new identity, check out my ebook, The
.0 Lust Escape. The link is down below in
.68 the description. Does the highest
.36 version of yourself, the version of you
.959 who is purpose- driven, lay in bed in
.04 doomscroll reels or follow these
.72 promiscuous accounts that you follow
.239 right now on Tik Tok or Instagram? The
.48 answer is no. Does the ideal version of
.12 yourself slack off on reading or
.159 journaling or business planning? The
.0 answer is no. Does this ideal version of
.48 yourself constantly have lust on the
.159 forefront of their conscious instead of
.84 thinking about their goals and their
.519 aspirations for today and the next? The
.239 answer is no. What does this person
.08 believe in? Does this person believe
.68 that they are trapped within a bad habit
.0 and there is no escape? Or do they have
.08 faith in God that God can bring them to
.12 their destiny within their own life if
.28 they just stay faithful to the most
.879 high? You need to ask yourself these
.72 very important questions and start to
.319 align your current self with that ideal
.04 version of yourself who doesn’t fall
.48 victim to lust. I spun my wheels for
.799 years relapsing time and time again on
.04 lust. And I just made an ebook with
.92 everything I wish someone told me when I
.159 was struggling with this toxic habit.
.92 The link is down below in the
.439 description. It not only gives you all

.159 of an old one. So, I built you guys a

.28 your full potential and cut out lust for
