much information in books so much information out there I just want to soak it up especially with trading and finance and it just it it’s so it’s enamoring I don’t know if that’s the right word but just just for the fact that 95% of retail Traders not institutional Traders fail is just so like why can’t I be that 5% that like they can be successful consistently profitable able to read different time frame charts know the different currencies know the fundamental analysis like what’s economics and why certain things are moving and like pay attention to the news what affects the markets all that like it’s so I am curious about it like I am qu I guess passionate about it and not the fact that I want to make like I want to make a lot of money and be rich that just comes I think as an aftermath of learning the skills which I have at my fingertips all it takes is like putting in the time a lot of time like immersing myself immersion and that’s where I want to get to in this video is like immersion requires full focus and in a society that’s the the focus is so distracted all over the place with so many distractions from porn sex I’m not going to say females are a distraction non-negotiable um and just knock out things in the morning no more procrastination cuz it’s not like I was getting stuff done but it was so late at night and I don’t know I just want I started fresh I didn’t do anything yesterday no miles no I did a few push-ups but what I really want I want to start tomorrow 5:00 a.m. anyways 5:00 a.m. wake up run run till 7: 7:30 Market’s open at 8 I want to kind of be in front of the computer although not Monday cuz Monday is my long day nap work 10 to 10 eat throughout the day push-ups pull-ups throughout the day and get to sleep as early as I can sometimes sometimes I stay later at work cuz I don’t know as far as work goes work good as far as like relationships and being able to connect with people and listen to people and they were talking about probably shouldn’t but like just these spiritual Retreat like areas that I might join them on anyways there’s that um spiritual say psychedelic Tuesday um basically the same thing 5be wake up run till 7 7:30 8830 to 101030 sit in front of the charts computer not necessarily trading but just watching watching the charts while I’m just looking through information and like learning and all that cuz I want to get a feel for a different time frames and how they move and the newes coming out and all that um and just throughout the day read push-ups pull-ups a lot of reading I want to dial in with just so much reading on like right now I’m reading the Warren Buffett book it’s called the snowball Warren Buffett and The Business of Life by Alice schrder um and then so many different trading which I just want to read I’ve never been the best at reading but that’s where I want to get better at not necessarily get better at but just do more of as far as like also increasing my miles my push-ups and pull-ups and just keeping that going and just basically every day being like a robot I know I’m not a robot being so disciplined that I can do things despite how I feel if I don’t feel like doing it it still gets done like yeah bre and also like my breath practice that’s been kind of put off I want to start doing that again which incorporates a lot of like CO2 tension breath renion holds and a lot of free divers use it to like increase the lung capacity um yeah Wednesday same thing look at yours push-ups pull-ups breathe work then on days I’m not working um increase the time spent running zone two just slow jogging basically just to increase that that heart valve pushup the I don’t know what I’m talking about but then Friday don’t really have to work so I can spend more time reading more time on just like information stuff and then Saturday mountains like long run in the mountains time on feet then when I’m done with that just eating basically same thing eat study read run push-ups pull-ups eat study Bas every single day and um certain days longer time on feet set sessions SL runs Sundays also just every day the monotony and that’s what success is it’s not that hard actually it’s just doing things every single day I was listening or I read somewhere that Elon Musk crazy spends like 20 20 hours a day working or 120 hours a week crazy like he’s a he’s a dialed and focused individual politics aside um he is a genius basically anyways that’s my schedule we’ll see how it goes I’ve made a lot of schedules throughout my life and I I mean I’m not angry at where my life is um but I know where it could be I know where I could be and yes I’ve had some setbacks and self- sabotaged myself and I’m not exactly where I want to be but I just I have a I just know I know I can get there and I just I have the information I have the time I have the mindset to get there now I just have to put forth the action day in day out like a robot becoming a robot um I was going to
